Oil painting!

Hey about time I update my blog! Most of my post have been about artwork from my animation/illustration classes. This Fall I took oil painting and I really love it. I have decided to change my major from BFA animation/illustration to a BA in pictorial art in painting.

Black and White Rendering

Here is my black and white rendering! The theme is my childhood my favorite t-shirt, the quilt my mom made, old chlidren's books, Gumby, stuff animals from family, marbles, and the collie figure. It is 8" x 8" on illustration board done in black and white arcylic. It is my first time working with arcylics and it's been a lot of fun painting!
