Illustration assignment

This drawing was an illustration process assignment from my class. We had to do pull out a random word and use whatever the word was for our project. Mine was the "skull" After figuring out the compostion, the values and deciding what medium I would use here is the final. I did it in graphite pencil on illustration board. I think I could've made it darker with more contrast so it could stand out more.
